Stephanie Fast is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, nonprofit leadership, technology implementation, and early-stage company building.
Her work has ranged from debt and equity transactions at Bear Stearns to operational modernization at A Glimmer of Hope, growth infrastructure at Stargena, and large-scale grant execution at Social Solutions. She began on Wall Street in high-stakes rooms where rigor, judgment, and command of the details mattered every day.
From there, she carried that discipline into mission-driven work, leading finance and operations across an international nonprofit in Ethiopia, building stronger systems for transparency, reporting, and execution. Across 18 site trips, Stephanie worked alongside local partners and village communities to build not just water infrastructure, but the training, health education, and shared ownership needed to make those systems sustainable.
Most recently, she has helped shape the financial and corporate foundation of a startup focused on nuclear battery-powered generation space exploration.
Stephanie leads by listening. She pays close attention to how people actually work, where friction is building, and what is needed to help a team function with more clarity, trust, and consistency.
She then helps build the financial and operational structure to support that reality, creating systems that people can actually use and leaders can actually rely on.
